Rooms need better soundproofing!!! A mini-fridge is a basic expectation!!! The air conditioning unit had an odd smell!!! Consistent cleaning standards would enhance guest experience!!! Better maintenance of showers is necessary!!!

The best and worst parts
A fantastic location near several breathtaking beaches! The staff were incredibly friendly. It's a joy to start your day with fresh orange juice at breakfast – please keep it up! !
A notable drawback, the absence of mini-fridges in rooms limits food and drink storage. some noise from neighboring areas disrupted the tranquility at times.

Great breakfast and superb location
I really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a fantastic variety including fresh fruits and tasty options that catered to all tastes. The location was top-notch, with beautiful beaches just a short stroll away. It’s definitely the place to stay if you want to be near the action. adding a fridge to the rooms would enhance the experience even more!

Had an amazing group trip! The facilities were great, especially the free WiFi. We enjoyed exploring Cala d'Or Marina and Vall d'Or Golf. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel's location made it easy to find nearby restaurants and beaches. Plus, the concierge service was super helpful in planning our outings.
One downside was the absence of a plain water filter. only flavored water was available, which wasn't very refreshing.

I loved how the breakfast had everything you could imagine and was super tasty. The room cooled down quickly right after we entered. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing. One small thing was that the bathroom could use a bit of upkeep, but it didn’t really bother us overall. ☀️

The stay was enjoyable, highlighted by the excellent breakfast featuring freshly made pancakes and an array of continental and hot dishes. The location proved convenient as it was close to major streets with shops and restaurants. the absence of a mini-fridge in the room was a minor inconvenience, and noise from adjacent areas occasionally disrupted the peace. While the staff were attentive, there were times when service could have been swifter.
